Aristoline EasySMTP ActiveX DLL

 The Easy SMTP ActiveX SMTP + MIME DLL enables applications to easlly use SMTP (Simple Mail Transfer Protocol) to send messages (with or without MIME attachments) across a TCP/IP network (Internet or intranet). Being an ActiveX DLL SMTP + MIME objects can be created as required and do not have to placed on a form. It's features include:
 
  • Properties enabling the sending domain (HELO or EHLO), from address, subject, message text, SMTP server domain/IP address and server port to be set.
  • Multiple recipients.
  • Multiple MIME attachments.
  • Message body content-type can be defined using BodyContentType property.
  • The formatted SMTP/MIME message can be retrieved or saved to disc.
  • Messages can be sent asynchronously using events to notify your application of progress or synchronously using blocking sockets (i.e. control returns when the message has been sent or the transmission has failed).
  • Template messages enabling recipients, sender address, server details, subject, message text and attachments to be pre-defined and loaded from a file when needed.
  • Default message settings can be stored in the registry (server details, sender address, subject, recipient addreses and attachements details).
  • SendMail utility for sending SMTP/MIME messages from batch files (.bat or .cmd).
  • Can be used by any ActiveX client software (Visual basic, Access, VBA, VBScript, Windows Scripting, Delphi, Powerbuilder etc).
  • Detailed error handling.
