E-Mail	*	The 60 day license key(s) will be sent to here. Order confirmation will also be sent to the e-mail address identified on your reseller application form.
Order Number	*
Currency	*	Sterling payment by UK bank cheque, international money order or bank transfer. US Dollar payment using on-line shop (credit card etc).
